Auditions for Sleepaway Acting Camps & Conservatories

Traveling Players’ acting camps & conservatories are small by design and awarded for excellence. In fact, the National Endowment for the Arts places Traveling Players in the top 25 in the nation for summer arts training.

Each cast only has 13-14 actors and 2-3 tech students, ensuring everyone receives exceptional, individualized training. The result? Real growth, a tight & supportive ensemble, and a 70% retention rate.

•Sleepaway Camps & Conservatories (current grades 4-12) – Greek Myths, Moliere, Shakespeare & Improv – All offer challenges to actors of every level.

•Shakespeare Troupe (current grades 9-12) – Recognized by the NEA for “offering challenges unlike any other pre-college program in the nation.” Summer 2024 – Hamlet

Auditions are held monthly at Traveling Players Studio in Tysons Corner Center while space remains.
