Spanish and non-Spanish speaking littles are invited to join us in this fun and innovative class that combines creative play, improv, and acting in a bilingual setting. Through theatre based activities and games, children not only discover the magic of acting and role-playing but also embrace the excitement of learning in two languages. Led by bilingual instructors, this class provides a nurturing environment where young actors can build confidence, social skills, and lay the foundation for a lifelong love of language, creative expression, and theatre.

Instructor: David Aparicio is a theatre and arts educator whose focus is working with early childhood and elementary school programs. As a teen, David was a student at The Theatre Lab and now loves bringing the joy of theatre to the next generation. David has taught in The Theatre Lab’s programs for youth including the Summer Camp programs. He is also a member of the Theatre Lab’s Life Stories faculty working on partnership programs with Life Pieces to Masterpieces and with various DCPS schools. He is also the lead teacher on the partnership program with Payne Elementary. David is also a teaching artist at The Levine School of Music.
