Wild Home: a play by Gwen Kingston, tells the histories of coal and oil land and the people who live on it. Community members from all over the country (Appalachia, Alaska, Colorado) are coming together to read the play and join in the conversation - sharing their experience of climate injustice in their rural towns with policy makers and with their urban neighbors who may not know about these issues from the rural point of view. This public event will include food, music, theatre and community conversation led by our sponsors about climate justice.
