Leah Packer is a Jewish, non-union actress based in Washington, D.C. (DMV & NYC Local Hire, with housing in Philadelphia & San Francisco) and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park. She loves theatre that tells stories of humanity. Theatre that draws us together. Theatre that creates community. Most importantly, theatre that brings us some much-needed happiness. And as an artist and a person, she strives to be that happiness. Recently seen in The Keegan Theatre's production of Everything is Wonderful & Smithsonian Discovery Theater's Seasons of Light.
In addition to her career as a performer, Leah works in arts administration & casting at The John F. Kennedy Center (Theatre for Young Audiences Division) and as a House Manager at Shakespeare Theatre Company. Experienced in casting, company management, marketing & content creation, education/childcare and creative/analytical writing. She brings boundless energy, optimism and dedication to any establishment or performance she represents!Excited to meet and work with you.
