These positions provide the highest level of customer service to STC patrons and assist with customer needs via email, phone, and in person. Associates are regularly assigned ticketing projects. STC productions are performed at the Klein Theatre and Harman Hall in downtown Washington DC. All associates are required and are paid to see our mainstage productions during preview week.
